Good crews deserve steady work — and a partner who does the chasing.

Evergreen coordinates soft services for commercial properties across Southwest Florida. We are adding vetted subcontractors who take the work seriously, show up when they say they will, and communicate clearly.

What we require

Vetted means actually vetted.

We put our name on your work, so the standard is the same for everyone. Here is exactly what we check before you are assignable — no surprises later in the process.

Required

General liability insurance

A current GL certificate with Evergreen named as additional insured where the client requires it. This is the one hard gate — we cannot put you on a commercial property without it.

Required

Workers’ compensation

Coverage for your crew, or a valid Florida exemption if you operate solo. We will ask for documentation either way.

If it applies

A licence where your trade requires one

Pest control and security in particular. If your trade does not require a licence in Florida, this does not apply to you.

If it applies

References we can actually call

Two commercial references. We call them. It is a short conversation about whether you showed up and whether the work held.

Trades we place

The work we coordinate.

If your trade is on this list and you work anywhere in Southwest Florida, we want to hear from you.

Where we work

Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties — Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero.

What you get

Why subs stay on our roster.

Recurring work, not one-offs

The properties we manage are on standing schedules. When you are assigned, you are assigned to a route — not chasing the next job every week.

One point of contact

You deal with Evergreen, not with the property manager, the tenant, and three other vendors. Scope comes to you clearly, and escalations come to us.

An app that logs your work

Check in and out, upload photo proof, and file a service report from your phone. It is also what protects you when someone claims a job was not done.

Paid on documented terms

Pay terms are set in your subcontractor agreement before your first assignment, and payouts run by ACH. No invoicing into a black hole.

After you apply

What actually happens next.

Every applicant goes through the same five steps, in the same order. No one skips the compliance check.

  1. 01

We read it — within 2–3 business days

A real person reviews every application. If your trade and service area line up with what we are placing, we reach out to talk properly.

  2. 02

    Compliance check

We verify your GL certificate and workers’ comp, confirm any licence your trade requires, and call your references. Nothing moves until this clears.

  3. 03

    Paperwork

Subcontractor agreement, non-solicitation, onboarding acknowledgment, W-9, and ACH details for payouts. All of it signed before you set foot on a property.

  4. 04

    Portal access and orientation

We set up your login and walk you through check-in and check-out, photo upload, and service reports, so the first job runs the way every job after it will.

  5. 05

    First assignment

You get placed on a property. We watch the first service report closely — not to catch you out, but because getting the standard right early is what makes the rest of it easy.
