Fort Myers, Lee County

One partner for the whole property.

Fort Myers is the commercial centre of Lee County, and it is not one market — it is several. A medical suite off Daniels Parkway, a storefront in the downtown River District and a distribution unit near Page Field have almost nothing in common except that all three need to be clean, presentable and dependable on a schedule. Most vendors specialise in one of those worlds. Managing property across them means managing a different set of vendors for each.

What's changing here

Fort Myers is growing fast.

The corridor east of I-75 toward the airport is where Fort Myers is growing fastest. In November 2025 the city approved rezoning at Daniels Parkway and Treeline Avenue allowing up to 2.8 million square feet of commercial development — roughly triple the previous density — with intersection upgrades scheduled through 2026. New buildings mean new tenants, and new tenants mean a scramble for vendors who can actually cover a whole property rather than one line item.

Southwest Florida is also harder on buildings than most of the country. Heat and humidity drive year-round pest pressure, landscaping outgrows a quarterly schedule, and salt air and summer storms mean exteriors need washing on a cycle rather than on complaint. More upkeep means more vendors — unless one partner is coordinating all of it.

Fort Myers questions

Straight answers.

Do you actually service Fort Myers, or dispatch from elsewhere?
Evergreen is based in Southwest Florida and works only in Lee, Collier, Charlotte and Hendry counties. The crews on your property are local subcontractors we have vetted and insured ourselves — not a national call centre routing a work order.
How quickly can you start on a Fort Myers property?
A walkthrough usually happens within a few days of your first call, and a written quote follows the walkthrough. We do not quote commercial work sight-unseen, because a scope written from a phone call is a scope somebody argues about later.
Can you cover more than one Fort Myers property?
Yes, and that is where the model pays off hardest. Multiple sites under one agreement means one point of contact, one invoice and one standard across every building rather than a different vendor relationship per address.
